Who can attend
The Ardingly Holiday Club is open to current and incoming pupils, their friends and relatives and is aimed at pupils in Year 1 to Year 8.
Holiday Club Staff
The club is staffed by Ardingly Prep and Pre-Prep teachers. Specialist College staff will provide specific workshops, such as cookery and art. Our Forest School teacher will provide forest school activities when she is at the Club.
Location of Club
The Holiday Club is based within the main school. The Club has full access to the school grounds and sports facilities.

The Club will run from 9am to 4.30pm during the week and a cooked lunch is provided, along with snacks at break times (or a visit to the tuck shop for an ice cream or slushy). An extended day is available from 8am to 6pm at an additional charge and includes breakfast. We also provide a Wraparound option from 7am -7pm.
Club Structure
Children are divided into groups, mainly based upon age, each has a group leader (one of our teachers) for the week. The day is broken up into sessions of about an hour in length, each providing a different activity.
Specialised Activities
During the long holiday period reading and academic work dies off, but the Club builds in a short period of supervised quiet time each day. The children are encouraged to read, catch up on any homework or do some stimulating activity to keep their brain ticking over. The holiday club leaders are also on hand to assist. We haven't had any complaints yet.
