Clubs and activities are available every evening.
The younger pupils can choose to take part in an activity from 4.45pm to 5.30pm and then stay for supper if they so wish.
The older pupils can have supper after prep and then choose an activity from 6pm to 7pm.
Pupils may choose from our range of clubs and activities. There is an extensive lunch time and after school programme which aims to suit all ages and interests. Most of the clubs are offered without charge.
A list of the clubs and activities available each term is published in the Calendar and details of the options are published before the beginning of term to help pupils and parents make informed choices.
Lower School pupils participate in activities between 4.45pm – 5.30pm, most notably including Ardingly Adventurers (our unique equivalent of cubs/guides) for each of Years 4, 5 & 6.
Most of the Upper School activity programme runs from 6pm – 7pm during which we endeavour to find a club to satisfy all of the children’s varied interests from Bushcraft Rangers and Dodgeball to Karate and Shooting.
Musical activities range from Jazz Band to Fiddlers, including a range of choirs for different ages and a wonderful school orchestra.
We operate a vast number of sporting clubs such as Netball and Hockey as well as activities like Sailing and Fencing to name but a few.
