     Can I book Individual days?

Our staffing arrangements and activities are based on weekly bookings, ensuring a consistency in group numbers and a varied activity programme.

     Do you accept childcare vouchers?

If you would like to pay by childcare vouchers then please complete the booking form, there is the option to pay by childcare vouchers but we need to set up payment with your provider so we have asked you to provide us with these details so we can accept payment. 

     Who will be staffing the club?

The camp will be staffed by our Prep or Pre-Prep teachers. Who these will be will depend on the number of bookings. 

                   What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel a booking up to 14 days before the first date of your booking. If cancellation is less than 14 days before the first date of the booking, we are unable to refund any monies. 

     How and when do I need to pay?

Ardingly Holiday Club accepts payment by cheque, bank transfer and childcare vouchers - or a mix of these. All bookings must be paid in full 28 days prior to the first day of the club that is booked. Immediate payment is required for bookings within 28 days. 

     Changes to your booking?

Ardingly Holiday Club changes to an existing booking can be up to 7 days prior to the start of the course. If the changes are made within the 7 day period a charge will be implemented.
