Good luck to Head of Hockey, Joe Naughalty who will be representing Wales in the forthcoming Commonwealth Games.
Joe has recently been training with the squad in Cardiff, driving between College and the training camp plus grabbing some additional gym and fitness sessions at any available opportunity.
Joe already has 100 caps but this is his first Commonwealth Games due to injury and illness in previous years. With that many caps it is not surprising that Joe is the vet of the team!
Games are in Birmingham from 28th July – 8th August. In the same group are India, England, Canada and Ghana
