Welcome to Julie Halliday, our brand new Director of Enterprise and Employability!

Julie joins Ardingly this term from the private sector and brings over 20 years’ experience in enterprise, employability and recruitment having worked on behalf of education establishments, government agencies, and Fortune 100 & 500 companies across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Most recently, Julie worked on several high-profile government and education contracts in the United Arab Emirates and South Korea. During which she specialised in labour market analysis and mapping the changing world of work to identify potential new career paths and ways to develop skills to prepare young people for roles that do not yet exist.

Julie will be working closely with all departments to ensure every student is well-prepared for a radically changing world of work.👏
