Well done to our U15 girls’ football team for a superb effort in the national ISFA final against St Albans last week. After conceding a goal early on, Ardingly dominated possession and were rewarded with an equaliser in the second half, with a great finish by Ella R. Unfortunately, against the run of play, St Albans were awarded a late penalty and eventually went on to win 3 – 1.
Many congratulations to the team, however, for reaching the national final and for winning the overall FairPlay Award, which was voted for by all the referees across the season!
