Tiered Levels of Support

The individualised approach we take at Ardingly Prep means that any children who need additional support are quickly identified. A personalised intervention plan is then put in place to help each child to overcome their specific learning or wellbeing challenges.

We are proud of the excellent progress that children at the Prep with learning support needs make, as was recognised in our most recent ISI Inspection.

We provide tiered levels of support which include adaptive and responsive teaching methods in the classroom, assistance from learning support assistants and specialist teachers in our younger classes, and booster groups led by our learning support team.

If needed, we also have access to an occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, or educational psychologist to assist further.

Please note that charges will apply to some levels of additional learning support.
